Annan Harbour Action Group require a client-side Project Manager or Project Management Services
Annan Harbour Action Group (AHAG) has recently secured a significant grant from the Levelling Up Fund, via Dumfries and Galloway Council, Economic Development. This award, along with match funding from Dumfries and Galloway Council and others, will enable the group to undertake a £17m major regeneration of Annan Harbour including landscape remediation, creation of a tidal lagoon and regeneration of a derelict building to form a visitor attraction.
Suitably qualified consultants are invited to submit a tender to work on behalf of the AHAG to ensure that, within reasonable parameters, the civil engineering, building renovation and landscaping project that is Annan Harbour Regeneration is handed over to the client on time and on budget, by liaising and representing the client during the design, construction and handover stages.
The principal aim of the Project Manager or Project Management Services is to work for AHAG, supporting them to ensure the project is delivered with the expected quality, on time and on budget.
